3. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes take effect when posted or on the “Effective Date,” whichever is later. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
4. Site Content & No Professional Advice

- Use any automated means (robots, scrapers) to access the Site without our written consent
- Attempt to interfere with the Site’s security or functionality
- Reverse-engineer or otherwise attempt to derive the Site’s source code
8. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, logos, photographs, audio, video, and code on the Site are owned by or licensed to AEC and protected by U.S. and international IP laws. Except for the limited right to view Site content for personal, non-commercial use, no rights are granted or implied. Any unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
9. Third-Party Links & Widgets
The Site may contain links to third-party sites or embed third-party tools (e.g., financing calculators, mapping APIs). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
10. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback (“Feedback”), you grant AEC a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that Feedback into any product or service without obligation to you.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR, IF GREATER, THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR ACCESSING THE SITE DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AEC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your (a) use of the Site, (b) violation of these Terms, or (c) infringement of any third-party right.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Albany, New York, unless you and AEC agree otherwise in writing.
