1. Introduction
AEC Solar Energy Corp (“AEC Solar,” “AEC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us when you visit aecsun.com or interact with our services (collectively, the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices you have regarding your information.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to information collected through the Site, by telephone, email, in person, or via any other channel where we provide notice of or link to this Policy. It does not cover third-party websites or services that we do not control.

We gather three broad types of personal information:
Information you provide directly to us.

Information we collect automatically.
As you browse aecsun.com, our servers and analytics tools automatically record certain technical details: your IP address, device identifiers, browser type and version, operating system, the pages you view, the time and duration of each visit, the site that referred you, and cookie or pixel data that helps us recognize your device and understand how you use the Site.
Information we obtain from third parties.
We occasionally receive additional data about you from lead-generation partners, social-media platforms, credit or financing agencies (to assess eligibility), and public databases. We combine this with the information we collect directly and automatically to improve accuracy and tailor our services and offers to your needs.
